i.e. for each property we present to you, we inform you of all costs that add up to your total purchase costs (cost of property, stamp duty, potential rebuilding fees, legal fees, etc) as well as the on-going annual charges you will be incurring (service charges, ground rent, council tax, etc). On the same spreadsheet, you will also be provided with a potential rental yield for each property should it be an investment.

What documents do I require?
To start with - the basics:
Proof of ID, Proof of Address, Proof of Income and atleast a 3 month current Bank Statements.
