Pinnacle's Founder & Director, Anupa Panjabi, is herself a property buyer and established the business to fill a gap between buyers and estate agents in the residential property market. She first made her name in the fashion industry in the United States training designers on CAD and helping celebrity clients such as Gwen Stefani, Naomi Campbell, Courtney Cox and Madonna select their wardrobes for photo shoots as well as select interiors for their homes.
Today Anupa and her external team of experts help bridge the gap between sellers and buyers. This bridge is known as a 'buying agent'. After years of living and running businesses in the United States then moving to London and investing in the property market herself, Anupa realised that the role of an Estate Agent in the UK is to solely represent the vendor or seller, and there was no representation for the buyer. As the traditional Estate Agent works in the best interest of the buyer, the role of a buying agent is to look after the buyer and their requirements.
We save the buyer time and money as we conduct all the property searches for them in all the areas that they choose. We then preview the properties, obtain all the facts & figures and present only the appropriate ones to the buyer.
